Delivery
United Fixings use reputable nationwide couriers to deliver items bought online - there may be occasions where locality allows us to deliver items ourselves. United Fixings is therefore at the mercy of the efficiency of 3rd party couriers for delivery timescales. We will endeavour to keep you updated with the progress of your order whilst in transit.
Returns Policy
You can arrange your return by logging into your account and requesting a return from the Orders section. You can access that here:

30 DAY RETURNS PERIOD ON UNUSED & UNOPENED ITEMS
We will accept unopened and unused items back for a full refund (Excluding delivery charges) up to 30 days after purchase.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED OR NO LONGER REQUIRED ITEMS: 14 DAYS TO RETURN
United Fixings is a trade supplier. As such all transaction are considered for trade use. We will refund the item in full, excluding any postage and packaging charges that we have incurred when shipping, and/or collecting, providing the returned goods are complete with the original packaging and are in a resalable condition. You must inform us of your intention to return, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to us within the 7 days following, no longer than 14 calendar days after receipt. We may at our discretion accept goods back after this time but we reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 30%.
FAULTY, INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt using either the returns section of your account, or the returns section for those that checked out as guests here. We will arrange collection for a swap or refund at our cost. If in the event no fault or damage is found we reserve the right to charge for the collection and re-delivery of the item or recover the costs from your refund. We advise all goods are checked before use, once the goods have been used any issues identified within the warranty period will be handled through the manufacturing brands warranty procedure.
CHARGES
If you request for us to collect your package for return we MAY charge £6.25 (deducted for your refund) depending on the reason for return.
You can return items to us at your own cost - you will then be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges.
Incorrectly ordered / No Longer Required items: £6.25 - this will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items: Free - once we receive the return and determine the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged we will process a full refund, including any delivery charge you may have paid.
