- Within 24 hours of your ‘Despatch’ notification from United Fixings. All orders will be sent with ‘Next Day’ Couriers - you should receive your parcel the next working day following your despatch notification.
- Orders made by 2pm will be despatched from United Fixings Tiverton & Exeter on the same day
- Orders made between 2pm and midnight will be despatched the following working day
- *Orders fulfilled from our National Warehouse may take an additional working day to be delivered.
As soon as we have packed your order and booked it in with our couriers, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Once you have your tracking information, our courier should attempt delivery the next working day.
Please note that if for any reason the courier is unable to fulfil this next day service, it is beyond our control as a retailer.
Items despatched from Tiverton, Exeter & Stoke use DPD & DX as our courier partners. Occasionally some smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail Tracked service.
