Teknofix is becoming United Fixings Exeter!
Teknofix has long been established as one of the ‘go to’ places for tradesmen and DIY’ers in Exeter and the surrounding area. In March 2020, just one week before the first Covid-19 Lockdown, United Fixings completed the acquisition of Teknofix, enabling the United Fixings Group to have further reach throughout the South-West.
Since March 2020, Managing Director Steve Luxon & Director Josh Luxon have set about integrating United Fixings methods and ethos into Teknofix, whilst still taking care of it’s much valued existing loyal customer base. This has allowed Teknofix to flourish in the last two years, with the business growing to welcome new customers whilst maintaining great relationships with customers from previous years.
Whilst we aligned our branding between United Fixings and Teknofix from the start, we are completing the final step in January 2023, from which point Teknofix will be known as United Fixings Exeter. This will enable us to work more efficiently as a business and will also allow our account customers to take advantage of using both sites on the same account, and only one set of monthly statements! Those account customers should shortly be receiving notification of the name change in the post – if you have not received this notification and what it means for account customers, you can request a digital copy to be emailed to you
Nothing else is changing, it will be the same staff, in the same place, giving you the same great service you have been receiving for the last two and a half years!
