Used to secure plasterboard to drywall and ceiling track systems with a max. of 0.6mm thickness.
• Phillips No.2 recess for a positive drive
• Bugle head to reduce likelihood of damaging the board surface
• 25° super sharp point for ease of penetration
• 60° twin-thread offers excellent pull-out values and insertion speed
• Fire Classification - A1
Features Manufactured to JIS B1125 (1995) and independently tested to IFI specification ASTM C1002-89. 25ø "Super Sharp" (SS) point for ease of penetration. 60ø twin thread. Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility. Made from C10-18 Steel. Full batch-traceability to the original steel mill certificate. Designed to pierce and drill into 0.9 mm of metal channel. For larger gauge channel self-drilling drywall screws are recommended.
